| Step.3 | 아이템 및 견적 확정 |
제작할 아이템 및 옵션을 구체화하여 최종 견적을 전달드리고 아이템 및 견적을 확정합니다. 견적이 확정된 후 계약 및 선수금 결제가 진행되면 계약이 완료됩니다. |
견적서는 담당자 확정 후 제품에 따라 당일 또는 1~2일 정도 소요됩니다.
주문 생산품의 경우, 제품 특성상 별도의 단가표는 존재하지 않으며
보내주신 시안 및 제작 사양 기준, 구현 가능 여부 확인 후 단가 안내를 드리므로 다소 시간이 소요될 수 있는 점 사전 양해 부탁 드립니다.
최종 발주 후 견적 금액의 50%를 선입금과 함께 제작이 진행되며,
납품 전 잔금 50% 입금 확인 후 제품이 출고됩니다.
단, 회사 내부 결제, 구매 시스템이 있으신 경우 별도 협의가 가능하니 문의 부탁드립니다.
모두 가능합니다.
계좌이체로 진행 시, 세금계산서, 현금영수증, 사업자 지출 증빙 영수증 발급이 가능합니다.
카드 결제는 담당자 핸드폰으로 카드 결제 링크를 보내 드려 직접 결제할 수 있는 시스템이며 별도 카드 수수료가 발생하는 점 참고 부탁 드립니다.
| Step.4 | 디자인 및 제작 |
계약과 동시에 굿즈/키트 전문 디자이너를 통해 디자인이 진행되며, 디자인이 확정된 시점으로부터 제작이 시작됩니다. 제작기간 동안 담당PM의 중간점검을 통해 안전하게 제작되도록 체크합니다. |
디자인 소스(브랜드 로고, 캐릭터 등 ai 파일)와 정확한 디자인 가이드를 전달해 주시면,
간단한 디자인은 제공해 드립니다.
예를 들어, "이 캐릭터를 가운데에 배치해 주시고, 색상은 초록색으로 지정해 주세요"와 같은 요청사항은 반영할 수 있습니다.
다만, 디자인 전문 업체가 아니므로 완전히 새로운 디자인을 제작해 드리지는 못하는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
시안 수정은 최대 3회 까지 가능하며, 3회 초과 시 별도의 비용이 추가됩니다.
제작하고자 하는 로고, 캐릭터 등 시안 파일은 일러스트(ai) 파일 형식으로 전달해 주셔야 합니다.
입체 캐릭터의 경우(3D 피규어, 봉제인형 등) 360도 시안(앞, 옆, 뒤)을 제공해 주셔야 견적 안내 및 제작이 가능하니 참고 부탁드립니다.
안내 드린 일정은 제작 공정에 꼭 필요한 기간입니다.
발주 시점에 최대한 재검토해 보겠으나, 일정 조정이 불가할 수 도 있는 점 사전 양해 부탁드립니다.
| Step.5 | 최종 검수 및 패키징 |
완료된 아이템의 퀄리티 및 불량 등 내부에서 직접 단계별 검수 후 개별 패키징 및 출고 준비를 진행합니다. |
공정 별 진행중인 제품의 사진을 제공하기 어려운 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
완벽한 품질을 위해 단계별로 담당자가 철저히 확인하고 있으니,
믿고 맡겨 주시면 만족스러운 결과물로 보답하겠습니다.
제품 공정별 QC 기준을 수립, 각공정별 담당자가 품질 이슈 발생을 최소화하고자 검품을 진행하고 있습니다.
제작 제품의 특성상 교환 및 환불은 불가합니다.
상품 하자 여부는 제작사가 고객사에 미리 전달한 시안 또는 샘플을 기준으로 판단하고 있으며,
하자 발생이 명확한 경우, 교환 또는 환불 등 별도 협의를 통해 진행하고 있습니다.

고객님이 원하는 일정 및 배송지, 배송 방식에 맞춰 안전하게 전달될 수 있도록 맞춤 배송이 진행됩니다. |
기본 배송은 택배로 배송되고 있습니다.(택배사 : 로젠택배)
택배의 경우, 출고일로부터 평균 1~3일내로 도착하며 출고 후 송장 번호를 공유해 드리고 있습니다.
근거리 또는 제품이 많은 경우, 퀵 배송으로 출고되며 평균 1~2시간 내로 수령이 가능합니다.
단, 퀵 배차 시간, 교통, 날씨 상황에 따라 소요 시간이 달라질 수 있습니다.
원하시는 배송 방식이 있으시면 협의 가능하니 담당자에게 문의해 주시길 바랍니다.
해외 배송 가능합니다.
다만, 국가별 통관 규정 및 수입 제한 품목이 있을 수 있으니 배송지 국가의 규정은 고객님께서 사전에 직접 확인해 주셔야 합니다.
해외 배송과 관련된 자세한 내용은 별도로 문의 부탁드립니다.
배송 중 파손 시 사진 증빙을 보내주시면 무상으로 다시 제작 또는 교환해드리고 있습니다.
2주는 무료 보관 가능합니다.
2주 이상의 경우, 보관하는 제품의 부피와 보관기간에 따라 별도 비용이 발생하고 있으며 자세한 사항은 별도로 문의 부탁 드립니다.
